Sadly the code in the email didnt work. We went in and Brianna was the cashier. I explained the situation. Without hesitation she said she'd call her GM and see what they could do. In this age of bad customer service this young woman provided next level great service. Her GM honored the offer too. Brianna has restored my faith in the younger generation's ability to provide customer service. Tha k you to her GM for honoring the online deal, but an even bigger thank you to Brianna for not blowing us off. When you could have gone in the back and pretended to call and come back out refusing, you didn't. No matter how many bad customers you may see don't let them ever change your work ethic. THANK YOU, again.
