  The customer service sucks here, the people that works there's seems to cater towards their own kind or Caucasian people only. I made a phone order and so I went to go pick it up. I went into the restaurant and behind me was a couple coming in the restaurant aswell, i was there first so i walked up to the counter to go pick up my order. There was a older lady in the front of the cashier sorting out reciepts or something. I asked her if this was the window to pick phone orders and she tells me to give her a second to finish up what she was doing and went straight to go help the people that was behind me and I was left there standing and nobody even bothered to ask if i needed help. There was also a gentleman that came out from the back that looks like the owner also went straight to help the people that was behind me as well, the guy not only helped them but also greeted them and welcomed them in and i was there before them. So im still there standing waiting to be helped and I see my food just sitting on the counter cold. After he was helping the people that was behind me he then notices me and finally ask me do i need help? Bro! I was standing here for 10 mins. And i dont even no what happened to the lady at first. That felt super discriminating. And im not just saying this. Im always experiencing this same kind of discriminating behavior everywhere else for some reason. Ill never eat there nor recommend anyone to go there. Super unprofessional.

  The food & service was good. The hostess was exceptional. My only complaint was they charged me $5 extra because my order was al a cart (no beans & rice), which made no sense to me. Had they told me it was more expensive (nearly $20 for two spinach enchiladas), I could have just ordered the full meal & not eaten the beans & rice (but what a waste!). When we asked about the higher price, they explained the reason but there was no offer to remedy the situation. It was disappointing because my family has dined here for years.
