    Jessica at the Herndon and Fowler location in Clovis is always extremely kind and welcoming! She definitely gives the best recommendations when it comes to picking the perfect drink! By far the best service I’ve received from someone!

    Far from great! Too busy talking or flirting to give people their drinks. If the line is low, I get it but there’s a full line with more people coming to order and pick up. Conversations should be cut to just your order, not chitchatting while there’s a line full of 10 people. I won’t even attempt the drive-through. I shouldn’t be way more than 15 minutes for a drink when there’s only two people ahead of me.

    This is the worst Dutch Bros location I have ever been to. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The manager provided some of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I asked about a student discount, and instead of politely explaining the policy, he argued with me and told me that he was going to charge me full price and would not give me the discount. The situation became so uncomfortable and frustrating that I refused the drink and left angry and disappointed. The customer service at this location is horrible, and unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience. The drinks are often watery and do not taste like they should. The entire experience needs significant improvement. I sincerely hope corporate management looks into this location, especially the way customers are being treated by management and staff. Customers should be treated with basic respect and courtesy. This was the worst experience I have had at Dutch Bros.

    First time. Jessica was awesome; helped me design my perfect beverage! Sugar free iced cinnamon protein latte. Coffee tasted better than I expected too.
