    I’ve given this Dutch Bros location multiple chances, and every visit leaves me feeling the same way. The customer service is disappointing. The interactions often feel forced, and the attitude from some employees comes across as rude and unprofessional. I understand everyone has bad days, but when it’s a repeated experience, it becomes a problem. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting to be treated with respect and welcomed, not like they’re an inconvenience. I hope management takes the time to improve the customer experience because this location is not living up to the reputation Dutch Bros is known for.

    This is absolutely the best Dutch in town. Broistas are always very friendly and coffee is always delicious. Love that we can go and see smiling faces and have a delicious coffee as well. Our Broistas have gotten to know us and are excited when we pull up. Thank you Willow Dutch for always providing wonderful service, smiles, and delicious coffee!

    I try to stay away from negative reviews, but the customer service at this location is just horrible. Earlier today our drink was made incorrectly, twice. The associate gave me attitude like it was my fault just for asking for it to be remade. Then proceeds to roll her eyes and walk away as I wait for a straw. I don’t understand people working in the service industry and can’t comprehend patience and manners.
