Every time I order online, the portions seem noticeably smaller than they should be. Today my salad bowl was barely half full, despite paying full price. On top of that, the lettuce was extremely wet and soggy, which made the entire bowl watery and unpleasant. The quality was so bad that I could only eat about half of it before throwing the rest away. I understand that an occasional bad order can happen, but when the portion and quality are consistently worse with online orders, it becomes really frustrating. Customers ordering online should receive the same portion sizes and quality as customers ordering in person. Really disappointing experience.

I tried using the app chat. Nothing. Called the store, went through all the stupid AI prompts. It hung up on me TWICE. Went to the store, and they said “Did you like just want more rice?” Are you kidding me? I paid $15 dollars for this burrito. They remade the burrito, 80% rice, and the carnitas that was in there was disgusting. Used to be one of our go to places for a quick dinner pickup since there’s not much on our side of town. Won’t be going back. Definitely lost my business. The employees attitudes alone and the lack of customer service/support through the app and phone.
