  New build but dirty inside. Teenage kids repeatedly riding their electric scooters thru the drive thru. Completely messed up my online order. Found out when I got home. My fault for not checking before I left. If you want Chipotle, go to the one by the Sierra Vista Mall.

  Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a burrito through the app and picked up through the drive thru. It was barely as big as my palm. I tried using the app chat. Nothing. Called the store, went through all the stupid AI prompts. It hung up on me TWICE. Went to the store, and they said “Did you like just want more rice?” Are you kidding me? I paid $15 dollars for this burrito. They remade the burrito, 80% rice, and the carnitas that was in there was disgusting. Used to be one of our go to places for a quick dinner pickup since there’s not much on our side of town. Won’t be going back. Definitely lost my business. The employees attitudes alone and the lack of customer service/support through the app and phone.

  Tons of staff milling around in the back. If they were on break they shouldn't have been back in the kitchen wandering around. I asked if there was price difference for a kids quesadilla without beans and rice. They said no, I ordered a kids cheese quesadilla they made a regular one and charged me $10.90. I ordered the quesadilla first, they took it over to the driver though side to cook it and it took over 5 mins for them to cook it... they brought it to us after we checked out and paid. We also ordered a chicken bowl, they charged us for extra chicken even though we didn't order it, they were questioned at checkout and said it was extra chicken. The 1 staff member making the food seemed clueless the girl at the register was clueless and over charged us. My husband happened to stop at a different chipotle on the way , got the same bowl we did that was stuffed to the brim and no extra charge. The quesadilla is NOT worth $10.90 and not what I ordered. I questioned the cashier and was told it was all correct.

  Went in after dinner rush, had one worker ignore me and walked away, I proceeded to wait until another person walked up to help me with my order. Definitely not coming back to this location if I’m going to be ignored while people are pretending to look busy, I’d rather drive the extra 2 mins to go to the busier locations where you’re actually acknowledged and your order is taken right away.

  ★☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at the Chipotle location on E Shaw Ave in Clovis today around 2:30 PM. I came to pick up an online order through the drive-thru. While I understand there may be policies regarding order pickup, the issue was not the policy itself—it was the way I was treated. The employee who assisted me spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner and told me to come inside. When I went inside to collect my order, the attitude and customer service remained unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management reviews this situation and works on improving customer service at this location.
