  This has been hands down the WORST experience at any Chipotle I have ever been to. I ordered my normal order. 2 steak bowls and a large queso/chips. To start, the steak was OLD, DRY, and SO SALTY. When I say salty, I mean it was so inedible I spit the meat out. Salty as in someone must have spilled the salt into the meat when seasoning to have that level of salt. So salty people should check their sodium levels if consumed. It was like eating a mouthful of salt. The lettuce tasted OLD and with WILTING pieces, brown spots and soggy. Disgusting. The rice was crunchy and undercooked, dry. The pico de gallo tasted odd. The queso, was THICK and had clearly been sitting for some time. It was not creamy but almost gritty and well past its time to be thrown out. The steak should have been TRASHED. It was nowhere near acceptable to serve to the public and I would be surprised if others did not complain. Everything about food quality was so poor, I am turned off from Chipotle for a while, and I especially will NEVER visit this location again. The saddest part is, this location is notoriously AWFUL. I made the mistake of visiting after MONTHS of avoiding. I visit a location that is MILES from my house simply because this location is so poor. Today, I tried it for convenience of location because I was shopping at Sierra Vista, and I wholeheartedly regret my decision. To add to the poor experience, the entry way, just outside the door smells of RAW SEWAGE, completely repulsive when entering an eating establishment. I am so disappointed. I spent $40 and walked away with absolutely nothing even remotely edible or foodlike. The cashiers and the line workers while kind, were a bit disorganized and had to ask several times what I wanted on my bowls, even though they were identical orders.

  Went there on sept 1st last night and the food was so so salty the male on cooking duty does not know how to do his job properly

  Today is august 20 2026, 9:08 pm. Chicken she put in my bowl in counting. When i told her she argue. As standard serving of chipotle is 113g. When you wait 20 minutes & this bullshit happen.

  My husband and I come to this Chipotle At least once a week and will go to no other location. The Staff here are simply superior. Case in point, today we went for lunch and had the privilege of being severed by Naysha. (I apologize for any misspelling) It was busy when we went and she was great! Didn't get flustered and even helped another staff member while also doing her job. It's too often you see competence go unnoticed. Well not today. No question, Naysha deserves a path to leadership.

  Weak portions at this location. I typically go to Chipotle for the portions and fresh food. I even got double meat and they were a half spoon full
