  I am a regular shopper at the Superior Grocers in City of Industry and visit on a weekly basis. I felt compelled to leave a review today to highly commend Ricky, one of the cashiers. Ricky is hands down the most friendly, pleasant, and helpful associate in the store. Every single week, he brings an incredibly positive energy to the checkout lane. It is completely obvious that he genuinely enjoys his job, and that enthusiasm is contagious. he always transmits a wonderfully positive experience to his customers. Employees like Ricky make grocery shopping a pleasure. He is an absolute asset to this team, and I really hope management recognizes him for his excellent customer service!

  If i could i would do no starts. From the time I walked into the store to the time I left, I was followed by a male security guard until i left the store. I feel kinda paranoid saying so, but this man followed me to every isle every time I moved. I even went to the the womens sanitation isle and waited just to make sure. I didnt see him for a bit and was feeling silly, but then he popped out and as soon as he saw me notice him he turned around and went to a different isle. Maybe it was cause I stayed up late and watched several scary videos about stalkers and police/security, but This had me wired. Never had something like this happen to me and im shaking writing this as i see so many things on the internet happen and im already a skittish person. I just didn't understand considering they had so many cameras what I did to make him think i was a suspicious person. I've been here before and never had the issue. I used to enjoy coming here because they always had exotic options but now I just can't. On top of that, there was mold all over their exotic fruits 🙃

  Les doy un 4 porque me gusta la tienda es grande y limpia,pero la atención es muy pobre no les daría ni una estrella,esta semana fui desde baldwin park a city industry pedí en la carnicería unas carnes pero el muchacho estaba en gran platica con su compañera y me estaba ignorando me atendió mi primer pedido,luego le pedí otra carne y el en su platica y todavía me miraron como si yo fuera una mujer loca e histérica, de ahi fui donde tenían las cárnitas,chicharrón y pollo le pedí a la mujer que estaba ahi un pollo y hizo cara como que no la molestara,luego le pedí un pollo en especifico y dijo que ese no!! Porque se podía romper, y pues le dije que lo olvidara. Nunca me a gustado reportar cosas asi pero no es justo que si uno va a comprar, de plano merece atencion y cortesía,porque va uno a consumir no a pedir regalado.por lo pronto ya no volveré, gracias y espero pongan atención al cliente.
