La actitud del personal es verdaderamente terrible. Hacer un pedido se siente como si les estuviera pidiendo un favor enorme. Si odian tanto sus trabajos, ¿qué sentido tiene siquiera continuar?

Here’s a little story of what occurred and not sure if it’s illegal from there side but I need to mention this somewhere I had a very frustrating experience at this Subway location and feel it needs to be addressed. When I arrived, there was only one employee working, and no manager present. The employee had to use her personal phone to call her manager for help, which already shows a lack of proper support and organization from management. Over the phone, the manager refused to provide her name and even said she didn’t know who her boss was. While she sounded polite, the situation quickly became confusing and unprofessional. The main issue was that they refused to cancel my order. I was told that the “boss” does not allow cancellations, yet no one could explain who that boss is. What made this even more frustrating is that few minutes beforehand, I accidentally placed an order at a Subway in Colton, and they were able to cancel and refund it immediately with no issues. I received confirmation right away. Showed it to the employee that it was cancelled with no issue. Instead of helping, the manager instructed me to call my bank to cancel the charge and said I would “probably” get my money back within a week. That advice felt completely inappropriate. The fact that she mentioned " I do this every time and I assure this will 100% work for you too". Customers should not be told to dispute charges with their bank for something the store should be able to handle directly. On top of that, we had already spent over an hour trying to resolve a simple order issue involving basic ingredients like green peppers, onions, and sriracha sauce, which we were told would somehow change the price. At that point, we just wanted a refund, but were still refused. I don’t want to give up on Subway, especially in Walnut, but this experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. There needs to be better communication, proper staffing, and clear policies for handling refunds and customer concerns. I hope management or the Boss takes this seriously and improves the way this location is run. I fear people will really want this restaurant to close. But Serivce is needing to be worked on.

I think the employees at this subway hate their job. They’re not very friendly very stingy when you ask for them just to put a tiny bit more it they act like it’s a burden. I don’t know why this location and these employees are not very friendly I had a free subway foot-long according to the app, but when they ran my phone number, I had to pay the full price for the sandwich then they told me with an attitude that oh it’s only online well there’s nothing saying that it needs to be done online. I will not come back to this location, Management looks into it about employee attitudes. They gave me the most wilted lettuce, and they found the most ugliest pepperoni to put on my sandwich. So for the price I paid for the sandwich and the service absolutely one star.
