- KLKim LyJun 30, 20265.0What is there not to love about Krispy Kreme? Especially when theor hot donut sign is on! I love that they give you a free glaze donut when the sign is on! I took my parents there and it was their first time walking in. We usually go to the drive through. My parents were amazed at the automation and how good a hot donut that is fresh tasted. It's clean, tasty and staff is friendly

I called customer service 2 times and they still haven’t given me my points back or reached out to let me know what’s going on. I’m done with them
