I ordered online for pickup and picked it up around 11:15 a.m. on 7/8. I really wish I knew the name of the lady who made my sandwich so I could give her the recognition she deserves.
I ordered a Gargantuan with extra vegetables and extra sauce, and she made it absolutely perfectly. You could tell she put genuine love into making it. Every ingredient was evenly distributed, everything was fresh, and it was honestly the best sandwich I've ever had from Jimmy John's—possibly the best sandwich I've ever had. I wish there were a way to retroactively add a tip because she absolutely earned it. I hope the team can figure out which lady was working then and pass along my thanks. She made my day.
Ordered for pickup. Got to the store and they told me my ordered was canceled. No email or any type of notifications about my order. Complete disregard for my time.
The Owner Cameron Mahdad doesn't know how to run a business. Horrible location and horrible staff who lack emotional intelligence. Can't separate professional from personal stigma.

Food, service, and atmosphere are all 5/5. Spicy Italian toasted is a must have. I truly can't believe how good the service is here. The Friday lunch shift is so GENUINELY nice and friendly. I swear, every time I come in I think today is the day it slips but, nope, it never fails to be very friendly service. With the state of food service workers in 2026, these guys can make Flemming's/Ruth's Chris steakhouse service look bad. I'm not even joking. Mr. John, hold onto these guys like your life depends on it. Additionally, to top it off, this being the one place I want to leave a little on top for these fellas there isn't any awful tip button at the card reader. Maybe that just enhances the experience further though. Either way, take care of these guys.
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Felicia and her closing teammate for being wonderful this evening! I stopped by for dinner pretty close to closing (around 15 minutes before, I know I know!!) and Felicia went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. I've only been to this location once before, so I thought it was so lovely that she remembered me. Both visits, the food was great and the restaurant was spotless. I will always come back to franchises that value good people like her :D
