  Staffs in this location were rude, I think one of those ladies was the manager, she was even worse. If you guys don't want to work there, then you quit, or you should finish more training learning how to treat your customers.

  Went to get a simple brown rice bowl and chicken. Girl saids well chicken will be out in 6 minutes take a seat I'll call you when it's done. There was NO LINE WHEN I ARRIVED. A rush came in probably about 3 minutes after waiting. I hear someone order chicken. I walk over and said "chickens done?" She said "yes". So I wait to be served next, she tries to tell me to get to the back of the line she will take care of me afterwards, because they were there first. I corrected her and said, "no, I stepped aside and sat down, you said you'd call me when chicken is done. I was here way before this line appeared, I'm next". She said , oh okay, with huge attitude and served Two small portion of rice and chicken. I told the cashier to open it and if that looked like the rt portion size, said she couldn't open it. Girl who served it, opens it to show me and has the nerve to say "I actually served you more. Okay with me seeing the bottom of a chipotle bowl, I'm sure it not rt. I've been to other booming locations, and I know she was bullshitting. Seriously disappointed in there service. I never really stop at this Chipotle, but now for sure at this location I won't . They already barely make ends meet. But I'm sure this will just be another location to close because of there unprofessional customer service. And lack of business in this location. Coperate if u see this fix your staff asap. No photos my dogs were hungry.

  They don't have enough beff for bowl plate and they just serve me leftovers. I'm paying for good serving plate or burrito. Not for leftovers

  This is one of those Chipotles that shakes the spoon hoping all the food falls off of it. Everyone I work with and come into contact with always says how stingy this location is. It’s no wonder there was no line at this place during lunch hour. Like many people, I’ve been to Chipotle in many city and states. Congrats on being the absolute worst!

  Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience from beginning to end. The person I came with asked for half chicken and half steak, but the employee added a regular portion of chicken instead. When he corrected her, she said she “didn’t hear him.” Which is false since I clearly heard. Anyways mistakes happen, but the attitude that came with correcting the order was unnecessary. There were also no fajita veggies ready when I ordered, so I was told it would be about a 5-minute wait. I didn't mind waiting because I specifically wanted them, but after waiting, I was given such a small portion that they barely covered a section of my bowl. I wasn't getting any other protein, either, so the portion was especially disappointing. On top of that, the rice was hard and didn't taste particularly fresh. For the price you're paying for a bowl here, I expected much better food quality and portions. The customer service didn't make the experience any better. The cashier looked visibly annoyed and generally unwelcoming, and the whole place had this cold, unpleasant atmosphere. It honestly felt like the restaurant version of going to the DMV: you're there because you need something, everyone seems annoyed that you're there, and you just want to get your food and leave. Definitely not worth the price or experience. I won't be returning to this location.
