  This is one of those Chipotles that shakes the spoon hoping all the food falls off of it. Everyone I work with and come into contact with always says how stingy this location is. It’s no wonder there was no line at this place during lunch hour. Like many people, I’ve been to Chipotle in many city and states. Congrats on being the absolute worst!

  Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience from beginning to end. The person I came with asked for half chicken and half steak, but the employee added a regular portion of chicken instead. When he corrected her, she said she “didn’t hear him.” Which is false since I clearly heard. Anyways mistakes happen, but the attitude that came with correcting the order was unnecessary. There were also no fajita veggies ready when I ordered, so I was told it would be about a 5-minute wait. I didn't mind waiting because I specifically wanted them, but after waiting, I was given such a small portion that they barely covered a section of my bowl. I wasn't getting any other protein, either, so the portion was especially disappointing. On top of that, the rice was hard and didn't taste particularly fresh. For the price you're paying for a bowl here, I expected much better food quality and portions. The customer service didn't make the experience any better. The cashier looked visibly annoyed and generally unwelcoming, and the whole place had this cold, unpleasant atmosphere. It honestly felt like the restaurant version of going to the DMV: you're there because you need something, everyone seems annoyed that you're there, and you just want to get your food and leave. Definitely not worth the price or experience. I won't be returning to this location.

  Terrible customer service and an extremely disappointing experience! We visited on August 4, 2026, around 7:00 PM. The employee involved was the only female staff member working at the time, wearing small round hoop earrings and dark, heavy eyelashes. Even though we were there first and she was in the middle of assisting us, she abruptly cut us off mid-sentence and rushed over to handle a delivery driver who had just walked in. Her overall attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional—no "excuse me," no apology, just pure disrespect. If this establishment values delivery drivers over in-person customers, they shouldn't open their doors to the public. Will not be returning.

  I'm sort of a regular here, and I'm always surprised by the contrast of service. If you come here often, you will see absolutely wonderful people giving amazing customer service, but at the same time, as seen in the comments below, there are some staff who appear to be somewhat unhappy. The food quality has always been amazing on my visits, but the food portions can vary from time to time. In my experience coming here, the bathrooms are always clean too, but at busy times it can tend to run out of paper towels. Overall its a little small, but a great Chipotle location with Tesla supercharger right in front.

  Absolutely awful experience at this Chipotle—do yourself a favor and skip this branch entirely. Terrible service, zero food prep planning, and shockingly low-quality ingredients. I visited at 5 PM, peak dinner rush, and they barely had any brown rice left. They only asked if I’d take white rice because there was just a tiny amount of brown rice remaining, and that’s what really upset me. How can a restaurant run out of their staple rice right at dinner time? It’s obvious they slacked off on prepping for rush hour. When I nicely asked for a little extra salad greens, the female staff member had the worst attitude imaginable. She sighed dramatically, rolled her eyes at me, snapped short answers back, and rushed to wrap up my order just to get rid of me. She acted so annoyed by my tiny request, with no shred of kindness for customers. If she hates interacting with people this much, she shouldn’t be working the line. To make it even worse, the rice was hard, clumpy and undercooked when I got home, and all my salad greens were yellow and wilted. Never coming back here again
