  Just out of curiosity I wanted to see what their prices were like compared to WinCo and absolutely hands down WinCo one.

  Went to the greenback and san juan location this evening to get a few things and on my way out I stopped at the vending machines to see if any pokémon products were available for my daughter as she loves to open the packs to collect them and I was immediately approached by a "so called manager" named Brandon who didn't have a name tag or any form of identification saying he's the store manager and I wasn't allowed to loiter in front of the machine in a very rude and disrespectful tone when I clearly had just made a purchase at their establishment. This is very unprofessional and I'm pretty sure that those type of machines are not their property nor do they have authority like security or law enforcement to force customers out of the store. I would appreciate a response back from upper management to see what will be done to get him removed as an employee and also calling corporate in the morning to let them know so he can be reprimanded accordingly.

  Awesome, quick, friendly service, they are helpful if you ask for a certain product. They even have a app that you can create your checklist for groceries. Even telling you which aisle it's in, or if it's out of stock.

  Jori from the Safeway online/cart team is truly a gem. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to track down the root of my issue, and handled everything promptly and efficiently. To put it into perspective, she resolved in 8 minutes what couldn’t be resolved over the course of my entire morning. I had already reached out to multiple Safeway locations, Instacart, and even Albertsons customer service, and she was the only one who was able to actually fix the issue. I’ll be attaching my call log because it really shows how much effort this took before I finally got connected to her. That level of care, urgency, and follow through really stood out. Jori, if you happen to see this you genuinely saved my BBQ, and I appreciate you so much! While there were some issues on the third party delivery side, Jori stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of. Exceptional service like that does not go unnoticed. Increase that lady’s paycheck , stat !
