- WNWilliam NewtonJun 2, 20265.0I'll start by saying my morning started out quite stressful since I'm not able to see which store I ordered a floral delivery for on the app, I decided to just go to the nearest Safeway thinking that would be the store it go sent to. I get there and my order was not seen so I then drive to another Safeway looking for my order set for delivery and they also don't see it. I then drive to another Safeway and they aren't seeing it either, I then decide the call Safeway customer service and they were able to tell me which store it got sent to. I called the store and spoke with a guy named Jamie Simmons I believe, from the moment I started speaking to him I knew I was in good hands, he saw my order and let me know that he does see it and I was all set. I had a small envelope that doesn't look like anything but it holds sentimental value, I asked if I could get that card to him after work so he could put the gift note in there and he said it wasn't a problem and that he would make sure to hold it from being delivered until I got there. Even though I showed up early it meant a lot knowing he was willing to hold it from delivery until I got to him what I wanted to get put on the flowers. Jamie Simmons I appreciate you very much, she absolutely loved the flowers so thank you again. The least a company can do is give that man a raise because he put care and effort into what he was doing and that isn't something you see often these days. I truly appreciate you Jamie and thank you again man, from the bottom of my heart.
