  Although this location is mainly for pickup they invoke the old homestyle culture of Pizza Hut with their attentiveness to detail and high accuracy for orders plus proper sauce preparation (I have a baby mouth so I always get extra sauce and it tastes delicious and slightly sweet like how it did in the 90s from here). I've always gotten a pleasant vibe and relatively quick service from the team at any time of the day. The sauce and cheese are always distributed properly and even on busy days my pies were piping hot and correctly prepared. Your business is appreciated when ordering as well! 5/5, would bring home to my grandma and kids.

  Food was normal pizza hut pizza goodness. Except for the wings, and the reason was that when I ordered the wings I ordered mild. When I picked it up I notice the label on the container said medium. I mentioned it to the person that handed me the food. She said that they just labeled it wrong and it is mild. I got home and took a bite, it was not mild. My wife does not do hot so she could not eat them. Sad part is that the employee lied about it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars!! I had one of those "you've got to be kidding me" experiences with Pizza Hut today—but it turned into a great customer service story!! I received an email for **50% off any menu-priced large pizza**. I tried ordering online. Nope. The coupon wouldn't work. So I called the order line. They sent me to the store. I talked with **Marlene**, who sounded about as confused as I was. She honestly tried to help but eventually had to send me back to the corporate call center. Corporate's solution? "You're on your own." They sent me right back to the store. Round and round we went!! When I called back, Marlene told me her shift leader, **Ashley**, had just come back from lunch and would see what she could do. Meanwhile, I even tried the Pizza Hut online chat. That was about as useful as windshield wipers on a submarine. They politely told me they'd "log my feedback," which did absolutely nothing for my empty stomach on a Saturday afternoon. Ashley told me to print out what I had and bring it in. "We'll work our magic," she said. She and Marlene got on the phone with the district manager, **Stevie**, and within about five or eight minutes they had everything figured out. Not only did they honor the situation—they actually gave me a **better deal** than the original 50% off coupon!! Now **that's** customer service!! I got the pizza I wanted. Pizza Hut made a sale. **Stevie** came out looking like a superhero. Marlene and Ashley never gave up. Everybody won!! Thank you, **Marlene, Ashley, and Stevie**, for sticking with it until the problem was solved. That's the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a pizza with my name on it... and it's not going to eat itself!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — R. Goodwin
