- LMLaydee Mae90May 24, 20261.0I hardly ever have anything to complaint about when it comes to Dutchbros , but my experience tonight changed that ,I felt ripped off! I requested a Large Ice water since I just got done eating at a buffet and also ordered a raspberry ice tea there and thought I fill up my Stanley Tumbler since the ice melted from earlier. I wanted a fresh ice water from Dutch Bros but when I got there and requested it, the tall young blonde hair girl told me I couldn’t get a water without ordering something. Mind you ,.., you can go anywhere that has a Dutch Bros, and they will be gladly to give you an ice water without having to purchase a drink ,her excuse for pressuring me into buying a drink was because somebody in the past threw a water at the workers there. My question is how are you treating customers in order for customers to throw water at you? Why do I need to suffer because of somebody else’s behavior? I just wanted my large ice water and instead I got gypped into buying something when I Purchased a Dutch Bros coffee earlier that morning!!! A LARGE ICE WATER SHOULD BE FREE!!!!!!!! No one should ever feel like they’re being ripped off!!!!!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
