    I come here all the time with my mom! All the staff are so sweet, two of them complimented my outfit for freshmen orientation and it made me feel much better when I was having such a rough day! I got a free drink but the drink I chose was custom and it wasnt the best, the rebels don't go well with just coconutšŸ˜…šŸ˜… Unfortunately we never tip because we arent that well off but they never make us feel bad for it!

    We didn't know what we wanted when we arrived so our order took a little longer than normal. The staff was nice and Accomadating.

    The customer service REALLY lacks here, I can recall multiple times where Iā€™ve felt dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience here. Today specifically I ordered 3 drinks, 2 of them being totally different and both giving me and my family some sort of POSSIBLY food poisoning. One of them was supposed to come with whip, which they did not add to my drink. They proceeded to take my drink back and put whip on it after I brought it to my car and realized I didnā€™t get what I ordered. This is why I possibly believe there is some sort of cross contamination between employees and customers. Another time, there was a HAIR in my drink. And previous times here & at the Antelope one, theyā€™ve given me trouble for asking them to remake my drink the way I ordered itā€¦ many of the rebels that are ā€œextra thickā€ come out very watery when given at the window. Another time I ordered for pick up, there were about 5 people in the shop and I waited almost 30-40 minutes to get my drink when I was the ONLY walk up there. I find that a lot of these employees are not very enthusiastic towards customers . Iā€™ve been a regular customer since 2020 and I am unsure of coming back to this location.
