I asked if they could attempt a shaken espresso and I know it's not anything crazy but they absolutely nailed it. Thank you for being so accommodating ❤️❤️
- NINicholas IMay 31, 20261.0I order the exact same drink every single day—a German Chocolate Freeze. Almost every other Dutch Bros I visit gets it right without an issue, but this specific location gets my order wrong 90% of the time. I went through 10 minutes ago, ordered my usual, and it came out extremely wet with almost no ice. It was basically just chocolate milk. I told them it was wrong and asked for a remake. The worker who helped me was incredibly snobby, talking to me in a way that made it seem like it was my fault, claiming she "thought she heard mocha." I told her no, I ordered a freeze. They remade it, handed it back, and it looked like it actually had ice in it at a glance, so I drove off because I didn't want to deal with the attitude anymore. I took a sip and it was exactly the same—almost no ice, just pure liquid. These people just cannot get it right. I even tipped them. Which brings me to my next point: stop shoving the tip screen in our faces. It’s predatorial tip extraction and rude as hell. If we want to tip, we will do it. Stop making it a forced interaction upfront, especially when we already know you're probably going to mess up the drink anyway. I am completely fed up with this location.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
