  Disappointing Wingstop Experience – Consistently Underwhelming I went into this location with decent expectations. Wings are their whole thing, so I figured even if it wasn’t amazing, it would at least be properly cooked and flavorful. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case—across multiple visits at different times. The biggest issue is that the wings simply aren’t cooked through. More than once I’ve bitten into pieces that were still underdone in the middle, with parts of the skin that remained soft and uncooked instead of crispy. It’s not just a one-off either; the same problem showed up on separate orders. When you’re paying for fried chicken wings, fully cooked and properly crisped skin should be the baseline, not something you have to hope for. On top of that, the wings come out excessively oily. They leave a heavy grease film that makes the whole experience feel greasy rather than enjoyable. Even after letting them sit for a bit, the oiliness doesn’t go away. What really seals the disappointment is the lack of flavor. I’ve ordered different sauces hoping for some variety and punch, but the seasoning and/or sauce just don’t deliver. The wings taste bland and one-note no matter what flavor I choose. It’s like the sauce/seasoning is the oil sitting on the surface without actually seasoning the meat. I’ve given them more than one chance on different occasions, and the results have been the same every time: undercooked spots, greasy texture, and weak flavor. Consistency is usually a good thing, but not when what’s consistent is mediocre (or worse) quality. I love Wingstop on other places, but after repeated letdowns on this location I can’t recommend it. If you’re craving wings, you might want to look elsewhere and definitely NOT THIS LOCATION 0️⃣⭐️

  I usually love Wingstop, but this visit was a huge letdown. ​The bone-in wings were completely soggy instead of having that signature crispiness. To make matters worse, there was barely any sauce on them and what little sauce was there was extremely watery, making it feel like they missed coating them entirely. The quality and flavor just weren't there, and the entire meal was disappointing. ​I’m a big fan of Wingstop, but this specific location has been by far the worst experience I’ve had. Definitely won't be returning to this spot anytime soon.

  Do not following directions, I ordered all flats, didn't receive all flats. In addition to the chicken not being tender, and lack flavor. Will not try again.

  This is my second time trying the wings here. How can you ask for a dry rub Hot Honey and Louisiana Rub and they taste flavorless???This is crazy. I paid all this money for below average wings. These people need to be retrained on how to make food with flavor. Bland nursing home tasting food.
