  probably the stupidest policy ever. we werent let in because the high school got out. we has to sit outside in the heat and after telling them we were not at that high school or any of that stuff we were still not let in and we were nice. horrible

  After a really disappointing visit a while back, I honestly didn’t expect much from McDonald's going forward. I left that day pretty frustrated, but Ryan stepped in and actually took the time to make things right. From that point on, everything completely changed. My next few experiences have been impeccable. The turnaround in service has been noticeable, and today was easily the best visit I’ve had in a long time. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely on top of everything. The food quality has also improved in a way I didn’t expect. I’ve been a regular for over 30 years, and today’s meal was the best I can remember. The Quarter Pounder honestly looked like it came straight off a high-end burger menu—almost exactly like the pictures, if not better. I’ll definitely keep coming back just because of how much the service and overall experience have

  manager wouldn’t take my order because it was apparent breakfast and they couldn’t process my order even though i sent it well before 4

  I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a coffee and ended up waiting around 15–20 minutes, while no one could even tell me when it would be ready. The staff kept saying it’s “fresh coffee” and that I just have to wait. At some point, I spoke to the manager, and even they told me that this is normal and I should keep waiting. I don’t think waiting that long for a simple coffee is acceptable at all. Very poor service and a complete lack of organization. Definitely disappointed.
