forgot my order waited 45 minutes for two bowls! Manager tried to make it right by giving me a free meal card. When I got the food it was bad but at that point I was over it. Hopefully it was just that day.

It’s been about 5 years since our last time we ate here and we will absolutely coming back. We got there just in time around 11:15 a.m. Our orders were ready after 10 minutes. Then groups of customers started coming in. We ordered three (3) gyro, chicken, and koobideh plates with rice, house salad, hummus, and fries as sides. The chicken and koobideh were tender and juicy, but the gyro was a little dry. French fries were so good! The salad was fresh. The dining area was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I docked 1 star because 2 fountain drinks were empty. I recommend it if you’re looking for Mediterranean food.

Third time I come here and each time it gets worse. They should be considerate to their customers and inform if they are backed up in the kitchen. 35 minutes and still waiting when specifically asked how long of a wait. This is minimum a 25 minute wait each time for a simple gyro.

Do not eat here. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to get your food. We ordered two pitas to go. The deceiving thing is you walk right up and order because everyone is sitting and waiting for their food. This place needs some serious management restructuring. Then on top of it they forget to give you what you ordered. We got no rice. And when I opened the pita there were three small shreds of meat. The rest was filled with French fries. Ridiculous for a $25 pita.

I ordered a Mediterranean salad with extra tzasiki sauce from this location last week. When I came to pick it up the restaurant was not busy at all. It wasnt until 2 hours later when my wife was eating her lunch that she told me that they forget the extra tzasiki sauce that we paid for. This was not the first time that this has happened. When I called to let them know Camilla sounded condescending and offered that I will get a free one next time. No shit? How is it free when I paid for it? Obviously she does not not comprehend how something as simple a sauce can ruin a whole experience. Isnt having a sauce that a consumer would buy and pay extra something any good business owner want to achieve? But to forget to include it in the order and have such insensitive immature employees makes everything worse. I reached out to the GM Jaime and he offered that next time i get free meal. Unfortunately, I will not be taking him up on that offer. Luna Grill needs to hire employees that care about the restaurant as if it were their own. Not just some folks that need a paycheck and treat their customers as if they are bothering them. There are now many Mediterranean restaurant around the eastlake area with outstanding service and food. Luna Grill cannot afford to compromise service in a competitive market and keep losing market share.
