  Ordered a Santorini bowl just 1 bowl! (Dine in) I waited for 38 minutes. Is that normal? Even if it was a busy hours or a lot of take out orders they should give a heads up about the wait . They have about 5 staff by registers and not sure how many in the back but it’s very very slow service. So if you want to grab something quick to eat maybe this is not the place or order way ahead to pick up. I think the take out orders are the priority.

  The vegetables were fresh and the atmosphere was very nice. Our server Jesse was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious and well made!

  We dined in at our favorite Luna grill but this visit was one of the best! Not only did the food come out in a timely manner, was fresh & delicious but there was tiny mishap & Karen was quick to attend to the matter! She was amazingly helpful, courteous & super sweet! She made sure our meal was perfect & it just made our evening so much better! Definitely recommend the Luna at the Eastlake location! Ask for Karen she’s great!

  Ive gone to the Eastlake and Millenia location. We come to Luna Grill 4-5 times a month. HANDS DOWN the Eastlake location has always been consistent in GREAT customer service. And it doesn’t feel forced or fake, it felt genuine. We dined in today but I also had a couple of mobile orders I placed at the different times. Shantel took great care of us today. We ate outside because of our grandbabies. Not only did she deliver our dine in orders, but she also delivered our to go orders to us. After the inconsistencies in customer service we had at Millenia, we travel the extra few miles to go to the Eastlake location. And even tho they’re by far the busiest location, they never waiver in their customer service, which essentially made the entire experience enjoyable from the food to the customer service and cleanliness of their store. We will always come to this location for our Luna grill fix.

  Food was fine, my review is for the workers. The store opens up at 10:30 I got there at 10:40 and there was one other customer in the store besides me. I ordered just TWO ordered of pita bread and tzatziki sauce for my daughter’s event at school. I waited there for 10 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. All the workers seemed to have social hour there and were too busy talking about their social life walking around non-chalantly and getting ready for work. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask if they could help me first since they didn’t see busy with customers. I was very polite and apologetic and explained to them I was in a rush and was wondering if they could get my order out first, after all it was just bread and sauce… the tall girl over heard me talking to the short girl with a headband, and she interrupted and goes “ohhh it’s this one” and the short girl with a headband responded with “just so you know every order is 20 minutes” …..even for some bread and sauce? 🥴 she seemed annoyed I was even talking to her and asked her a question and I interrupted an important conversation. Even when I left I said “thank you so much i appreciate you” and no response 😂😂If you don’t like being in the service industry FIND A NEW JOB! Luna grill please do better at hiring people.
