  I am typically not that type of person to complain, but my visit here to Jamba Juice wasn’t quite pleasant as I expected it to be. First of all, my sister ordered a mango smoothie. However, it didn’t taste like mango and it had a strong artificial taste. When I first came in, the lady with the long braid and purple hair clip yelled a robotic greeting and was short and very rude. The atmosphere was okay, but the place smelled like a hospital, and honestly, I expected way better. I wouldn’t come here again :(

  I went into this shop today, for the first time as a experience! It was good, I liked it a lot—I've no complaints. The clerk running the shop was patient and helpful. I asked for the most popular flavour in the shop. She told me the Mango jumba shake was the most sold product. I tried it, and the taste was YUM YUM! They even put slices of mangos in the shake! Yeah. I liked it, I ordered the large drink. I'd come in again, and try a different flavour next time. Nice shop, great clerks, wonderful job!

  I had a very disappointing experience today at Jamba Juice. There was no greeting when we walked in—just an abrupt demand for our order. The employee who helped us, Brooke, was extremely rude, short, and came across as aggressive in her tone. What made it worse is that this wasn’t just directed at us. I stayed and listened as the next customers (a couple) ordered, and they were treated the exact same way. The husband even looked over at me in disbelief, which really says a lot about how uncomfortable the interaction was. Customer service should be a basic expectation, and this experience missed the mark completely. I hope management takes this seriously and focuses on better training and hiring.

  I have been living in California for the past year 1/2 and this by far was the worst customer service I’ve experienced since being here. Brook was EXTREMELY rude to me and my children which I found more disrespectful since there were kids around who could clearly recognize the way she was acting towards us. HORRIBLE experience with Brook. People like that do NOT need to be in customer service!
