- MSM SMay 5, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience today at Jamba Juice. There was no greeting when we walked in—just an abrupt demand for our order. The employee who helped us, Brooke, was extremely rude, short, and came across as aggressive in her tone. What made it worse is that this wasn’t just directed at us. I stayed and listened as the next customers (a couple) ordered, and they were treated the exact same way. The husband even looked over at me in disbelief, which really says a lot about how uncomfortable the interaction was. Customer service should be a basic expectation, and this experience missed the mark completely. I hope management takes this seriously and focuses on better training and hiring.

Brook was EXTREMELY rude to me and my children which I found more disrespectful since there were kids around who could clearly recognize the way she was acting towards us. HORRIBLE experience with Brook. People like that do NOT need to be in customer service!
