    went today around 8:45 PM. I always come here, but the girl with curly hair and glasses working the drive-through had a horrible attitude. I’m pregnant, and her attitude completely took away my appetite. I understand people get tired, but there was no need to treat customers that way. This is my go-to place since I live nearby, but now I’m considering going to the other location. I’ve always had great experiences with the other employees, so I hope this doesn’t happen again.

    The drinks are always too sweet even if you ask for 1/2 sweet. If you want black tea it's missing the actual tea and is mostly just water. And the fact that they make their drive thru workers stand outside without an umbrella or water station is HORRIBLE esp in this heat wave.

    came to get a refund and got drinks taken back when they arent supposed to be take. back after dranken but waiting 15 minutes to remake and remade it wrong so had to wait again. Worker Phil wasnt getting anything right.

    Ive came to this location for a second time after being given free drinks because they made a sugar free drink with sugar. And they did it again, we even asked and they confirmed it as sugar free. This is very bad on their end because I was told the staff was reminded.

    I'm sure it'll get better with time, but as the line is so long and awaiting a blended cold drink, you end up with a melted layered drink that is not what you asked for. Maybe add a freezer and place drinks there till they leave the window.. till then I'm on the search for smart sales and return service outfits...
