  I ordered Double Chocolate Donuts from this Dunkin’ location, and I’m extremely disappointed with how they were packaged. Why would you put chocolate-covered donuts in tiny paper bags that are clearly too small for them? The chocolate gets smeared all over the bag, the donuts stick to the packaging, and you end up with a mess instead of an appetizing treat. Am I supposed to scrape the chocolate off the paper and lick it off the bag? This is completely unacceptable. Customers pay for a product they can actually enjoy, not a chocolate-covered mess caused by careless packaging. Please use appropriate packaging that keeps the donuts intact and presentable. I would also like a refund for this order. Please do better.

  I’ve been a regular Dunkin customer because I genuinely enjoy the drinks, the prices are reasonable, and I like using the app to earn points. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location over the past couple of weeks have been disappointing. Recently, I ordered a drink that was supposed to have caramel and whipped cream, but neither was included. I politely asked if they could add what was missing and asked what happened, but instead of simply helping me, I received an attitude from an employee and told me that the employee who made the drink had already walked left that it was neither of them. On another visit, I ordered a donut with a topping. It was placed directly into a bag, and the topping stuck to the bag. I’ve had this same type of donut placed in a box at this location before, because it was nicely placed and my daughter was able to enjoy the sprinkles. So, I politely asked if it could be put in a box again. The reaction I received made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. What really bothered me was my next interaction. When I walked in again for the third time for the past week, I saw the same lady that told me about my my drink that was not made by her first walked in and she initially greeted me, but then I guess she noticed she recognized me from the first encounter and look at me like , “Oh, it’s you,” while giving me a look. I remained polite and even complimented her when my drink was made correctly that time. But ignored me and gave a mug look. I then asked for her name, and she introduced herself as KARLA I'm the store manager. she has purple-streaked hair, which may help identify who I’m referring to. That interaction honestly left me disappointed. If this is the attitude customers receive from management, there is a bigger problem. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, and I’m not someone who feels entitled to special treatment. I’ve owned my own business, and one thing I learned is that customer service matters regardless of what kind of day you’re having. I’m not sure if the early morning hours have anything to do with the attitude I’ve experienced, but customers shouldn’t feel unwelcome for simply asking for an order to be corrected or properly packaged since we pay for it. But at this point, I’m honestly worried about placing an order through the app because I’m concerned that my order might be done to it because of these interactions. If I do go back, I feel like I’ll have to place my order in person and watch it being made, which is a sad way to feel as a customer. Because of this, I may simply stop going to this location altogether. It’s disappointing because I really do like Dunkin, and I’ve been a loyal customer because of the drinks, prices, and rewards program. Thankfully, I also have Dutch Bros as another option, and I’ve had much better experiences with their customer service. Their prices are still reasonable as well, especially compared with Starbucks. I’m sharing this because I genuinely hope someone takes this feedback seriously. I don’t expect special treatment, just basic courtesy, professionalism, and for my order to be made correctly. That shouldn’t be too much to ask. And if you truly don’t like where you work or serving customers, there are other jobs out there that may be a better fit.

  Omg bessss place ever Julian was the best employee at this Dunkin definitely made my first trip awsome, really nice person this definitely isn’t my last trip here
