  Ordered for delivery we live 2.5 miles away. Called and order was accepted at 5;00. Arrived at 6:20. S (Said it left the store at 5:33!) Called the restaurant at 6:15, was told they were busy and delivery mam had a double order. ? Almost 1 hour of sitting in delivery car. Paid $5.99 for delivery and tipped $5. So for $11 I was hoping for decent pizza. My order arrived cold and dried out. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. There is another store about the same distance. Will use them next time.

  This place somehow never gets my order right, the app tracker will say it’s ready, and more than half the time, they messed up and are redoing it… “it’ll be out in 5 minutes”… they tell me while making me way 20+ minutes, AND they STILL did NOT get the order right.

  Extremely disappointed with this experience. We waited over an hour for our order, and at one point it was even marked as delivered when it had not arrived yet. When the food finally came, our order was completely wrong — we paid for a specialty/meat pizza and received a plain cheese pizza instead. On top of that, the pasta we ordered was completely dry and barely edible. I asked to speak with the manager, Roberto, hoping for a better resolution, but the only options offered were to either wait another hour for a remake or have the pizza picked up for a refund. After such a long wait and multiple mistakes, this was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled showed very poor customer service. Definitely one of the worst Domino’s experiences I’ve had.

  It all started last Saturday, when my boyfriend and I were in LA (this review still pertains to the dominos at birch road). After we attended a concert, I was in desperate need of pizza, and dominos was the only place open late at night. I happily ate an amazing pepperoni pizza that was so cheesy, it almost made me cry through my legal intoxicated state. I only ate 3 slices, before my monkey of a handsome loving boyfriend, dropped the rest of my pizza on the floor. I was devastated. It was the best dominos pizza I ever had. I reminded my boyfriend of his crimes from last Saturday, as we drove to our local dominos here. I told him, that this dominos could not replicate the perfection that the LA dominos had created. It was impossible. I held my head down with disappointment, knowing I would never receive a pizza like that again. I placed my order, and there he was. David. David was preparing our pizza. We doubted David. We doubted him incredibly. I mourned the LA pizza. However, soon the universe will show us that not everything is as it seems. My boyfriend came out of that store as a changed man, as David had given him the most outstanding, soul-touching customer service he has ever received. After we thought that David couldn't outdo himself on this warm Friday evening, after that staggering freakishly positive customer service, we ate. David, the man you are. We wish you nothing but abundance in your lifetime for as long as we live. I was yet again, legally under the influence of 200 mg of edibles (it was the most I have yet taken). We took a bite of this lovely looking pizza, and David proved that he could outdo our expectations. He absolutely conquered us through the making of his creation. My boyfriend and I could not stop talking about David for 20 minutes straight, wishing him nothing but pure light and sound. We will never forget this night, thank you David.

  Manager was run, young with glasses not sure what the driver was on but they both immediately took to offense when asked about an order that was placed over an hour ago. I had to drive down with and pick up my order and the manager didn't even offer a discount or an apology. Definitely did not expect that kind of attitude from this area. So disappointed by far
