Cashier has bad customer service. Food is okay, but I guess that’s why people go to Lolitas.

Great food and service. Parking can be tricky, there's not enough spots with all of the many businesses there.

I chose not to leave a tip, not because of a poor experience. I just have an issue with the expectation to tip 15-20% for the counter fast food. We don’t tip a McDonald’s for fast food. We tip for table wait service. We tip table bussers. We tip the waiter that brings us extra napkins, refills our cup, and helps us decide which meal to order. I have recently decided to draw line with over the counter fast food. So why was I missing an item from my Cotija’s order? Is it a coincidence? A simple three item order? Not a multi-item order where a single item can be misplaced, during a busy period. Three items, to go order, and I was the only person waiting. Coincidence?
