- VCVeronica Caballero1 day ago1.0I ordered online so I could get there and pick ups I arrived and asked about my order the girl at the counter said it was almost ready and they’d call me. So I sit down for another 10-15 minutes and don’t hear anything. So I go ask again and this time a guy hands it to me. So I’m not sure how long it was sitting in the back. I open my order and realize it’s wrong I received the wrong kind of beans, and in my other bowl the salsa is missing. I only noticed by the time I made it back home and by then driving back they would’ve been closed.

Whoever decided a robot would be a good call for your phone lines needs to get fired

I did not even wanted to tell them the lady in the cashier was very rude and had an attitude she has black hair and it was in a bun. I’m coming from school trying to have a good lunch and everything was very very mid. My table was dirty.

My friend and I both ordered burritos and specifically asked for no corn, yet both burritos ended up having corn in them. The corn completely ruined the taste for me, and I could tell immediately after the first bite. I’ve never had this happen at any other Chipotle, so it was really disappointing to have such a simple request ignored on both of our orders. Hopefully this location can do a better job paying attention to customers’ orders. 😡😡
