- DCDario CurielMay 13, 20261.0I visited Buffalo Wild Wings with my family and had a very disappointing experience. We politely asked for a booth instead of high-top seating, but KAMI was rude and dismissive about it from the beginning. What made the situation worse was that while we were still waiting for help, another party arrived after us and was seated first — and they were taken to a booth. I know they arrived after us because I actually knew the group personally. It felt unfair and frustrating, especially since we had been waiting and were simply asking for normal seating for our family. I spoke with the manager afterward, and he was helpful and tried to make things better, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled upfront left a bad impression and affected the overall experience. Hopefully customer service and consistency improve going forward.

Yes, frozen. Seems Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't cook, they just reheat food. Lame. 2) I had relatives visiting who wanted to eat here, so we went on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 4:30pm. Just like during COVID, we waited and waited to be seated. Service sucked, food was mediocre and still tasted reheated. Literally and unconditionally: Never returning.
