Pee stains on the back of the toilet lid, on top of the toilet, the sink is dirty as well. Doesn't look like the bathroom has been cleaned in a while. If it has, it's definitely not being clean like it's supposed to and the toilet is definitely not being scrubbed on a nightly or daily basis.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
