  The air conditioner was halfway working and the assistant manager was rude and seemed to be in a rush when there was nobody there behind us waiting so don't understand that! It's not the first time so I thought I'd say something! The rest of the staff there were very helpful. That's why I'm given service a three-star!

  The food was great, as Arby's always is. The service was passive aggressive, thus the 3 stars. I could have gone without the attitude, but he maybe they were having a bad day. Hopefully next time the folks will be a little more chipper

  The person that took my order through the speaker couldn't hear me so I had to repeat myself. Then when I went to the window she switched with another person and it took longer than usual to get my food and they kept looking at me with a smirk. I honestly feel like they did something to my food. These days you have to be really nice just so the worker doesn't get offended in anyway. Its pathetic and they chose that job. I can't wait til there's robots taking my order so I dont have to deal with unhappy employees.

  I went into this shop for early lunch, and I had a half a pound of roast beef sandwich. I haven't ate at this shop for years, and everyone did a wonderful job! I'd come back again for a quick lunch, and this shop location looked clean and ready for business. The clerks were quick and prompt, which I appreciate as well.
