  Unfortunately, I had a really frustrating experience at the Albertsons on 3rd Avenue in Chula Vista. I went in to purchase ground beef and noticed that the packages were labeled as 80% lean / 20% fat. I had a coupon for that specific ground beef, but when I went to check out, the coupon didn’t apply. I asked for assistance, and the manager working that night told me that I had picked up the wrong product because, according to what was listed in their system, it was a different item. I explained that the packages themselves were clearly labeled 80/20, and she basically told me that the information on their end was different. What frustrated me even more was that instead of acknowledging that the product was incorrectly labeled, she simply said “sorry” and walked away. I went back to the meat section to find the correct product, only to realize that all of the packages were labeled incorrectly. I even took a picture because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. When I came back and showed the manager the picture, her response was basically, “Hmm, that’s weird.” At that point, I honestly felt like I wasn’t being believed, even though I had literally shown her proof of the incorrect labeling. She eventually tried to work out the price in the system, but what bothered me most was the lack of accountability and genuine apology throughout the situation. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What matters is how you handle them, especially when you’re the manager. I shouldn’t have had to go back and search through the meat section again because the products were mislabeled in the first place. A simple acknowledgment like, “I’m sorry, these were labeled incorrectly. Let me fix this for you,” would have made the situation completely different. I’m leaving this review because I hope management takes situations like this more seriously and makes sure the labeling is corrected so other customers don’t run into the same issue.

  Fuimos por comida y conocer el lugar nunca habia ido y la verdad hay una gran variedad de cosas lo tendré en mi lista de tiendas qué estaré visitando mas seguido y la comida que compramos estaba bien rica 😊

  Organized and clean. Hard to find a hand to ask something, but when it happens they are super polite and helpful

  The most expensive grocery store in the area often 30%-50% more for the same product. They always have long lines with only 1-2 cashiers working and forcing everyone else to scan their own groceries. Even the selection often falters behind more diverse stores in the area. What a joke of a corporation!
