  Going from bad to Worst!!! And then they wonder why they go out of business... the worst thing is that we are normalizing bad service. All tables were Nasty at the same time, basically there was not a single table clean where we could seat and eat our meal. I spoke the cashier and I told her about it, and she actually send a you man a no save kid with a dry wipe and pass it over the tables basically leaving all germs in place and just swiping things on the floor. Basically no training or liquid used to clean tables. And there practically no cashier as they have 2 screens for ordering and 1 was not working. Food took long and it looks like they dont have enough employees So bottom line is ----no skill workers ----no clean tables ----no enough workers ----no salsa bar And yet they increased cost of food meals. They use smaller chiken as they sell per pice So you can have it both ways if you are increasing prices to catch up with inflation we understand but that should help you to keep same quality and service... But obviously El Pollo loco does not care about customers and its all about getting customers $ without giving back the required service that many years ago used to have.

  Every time i come here in the drive thru i have a bad experience. I was just there with my husband and some items were missing from our order. They rush you in the drive thru without making sure your entire order is correct. They young lady that gave us our food around 7:45pm with the blue or green hair and tattoos didn’t even bother to check our order and she was rude. If you go here i would advise you to always check your order before driving off. They need to do better with training these workers on customer service. Horrible location 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  The worst customer service ive ever had! Manager was very rude and inconsiderate. Told her I wanted no Onions or cilantro and she says "if I remember because we are busy. And continues to give me Onions and cilantro. Another customer complained she was rude also. Very disrespectful and bossy. Never coming to this location again.
