While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Chino, CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- DPDaniel PerezSep 18, 20264.0Kiosk ordering now, which is super lame. Feel like the rewards program could be better. Food is still good , though.
- ARAlberta RodriguezSep 9, 20265.0Food is always good
- GHgrace hAug 8, 20261.0I live very close to this location and have given it three chances. The chicken is old and dry and NEVER fresh! I’d rather drive to the one in chino hills than ever go back here again! this place is HORRIBLE!!
- GPGlen PJul 12, 20222.0Not a very good first time experience at this El Pollo Loco. First off you have to search for a menu don't have one hanging on the wall and they don't have all of the items listed on the paper menu. Took 15 minutes to get a burrito and pollo bowl so over all not a very good first time experience.
