  So damn annoying that employees don’t give a crap about customers, I ordered 3 bowls to pick up, got home and literally not what I ordered. Did not get double protein at all. So damn annoying. I go to Chipotle at least 2 times a week.

  If the girls are not working I will walk back out! The customer service is absolutely terrible. Tried going back thinking it would be different but no. Either order pick up or find a different Chipotle!

  Food doesn't ever miss, but oh my goodness, their entire line system is horrendous. They can have a line of 20 people in the store and only one person is helping customers. One person STANDING at the register waiting to cash out. You have 4 people. FOUR prepping, and 2 people doing online orders..? Why do you have 2 people doing orders for people who aren't even at the store yet...? Like hello The worst part is the managers will sit there and let the poor person in tge front suffer. It is absolutely ridiculous, so many people standing around when you have people walking out of your store becuase the wait is too long. You guys need a serious operations restructuring
