  Dylan was a total standout. Even in the middle of a full rush, he stayed humble, kind, and cool as all the cucumbers he piled into my bowl. His calm energy made the whole experience smoother, CAVA needs more Dylans.

  I had such a great experience at CAVA, thanks to Brandon, the Academy Manager! Last Friday, I needed to order catering for 12 people, and it was my first time ordering a large group meal in the U.S., so I honestly had no idea what I was doing. Brandon was so patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through all the options and explained the differences between everything so carefully. He made the whole process so easy for me! He even helped me carry and pack everything into my car, and reminded me to be careful with the drinks so they wouldn’t spill. That small gesture really meant a lot. Thank you so much, Brandon, for being so kind and going above and beyond to help me. You made my first catering experience such a positive one! CAVA is lucky to have you! ❤️

  Great food lots of choices the inside is very busy so if your looking for a quiet spot this is not the place. Looking for something healthy this IS the place. Food is fresh and this place is always packed with people so expect a line.

  The food is good, but the line moves slowly during rush hours. There were plenty of staff, but the line still moved at a slower pace, possibly because some were still getting familiar with the process. I’d recommend ordering through the app for pickup if you’re in a hurry. Also, the portion size seemed smaller compared to other CAVA locations. I asked for half meat and half veggies, but I ended up getting tiny portions of both, so the overall serving felt quite small.

  GRAND OPENING DAY!! 🥙🎉 And I was the FIRST paying customer! 😂🙌🏾 First impressions of the new CAVA at The Preserve: the staff was so nice and welcoming! You can tell they’re still getting into their groove, which is totally expected on opening day, but overall we were in and out pretty quickly. They didn’t have pita chips today because their fryer is in the process of being replaced (the tragedy 😭), but I went with the Steak + Feta Pita. The steak was a little tough, which was honestly my only complaint. Did I still eat it? Of course I did. 😂 I also got a free gift when I walked in, which was such a fun little grand-opening surprise! Overall, we had a great experience. I’ve been a CAVA customer for YEARS, so I’m ridiculously happy that we finally have one so close to home! And can we talk about the restaurant itself?! It’s BEAUTIFUL. 😍 Welcome to The Preserve, CAVA! 🥙🤎
