- MLM LoApr 28, 20261.0I visited this bakery at 5:00 p.m. to order a cake. As I entered, I overheard a young male employee engaged in a lengthy conversation (over five minutes) with two girls. Despite there being three of us waiting to be assisted, he completely ignored the mother in front of me. After fifteen minutes of his inattention, I decided to leave. I was so disappointed that I promptly took my business to Bruster’s on Grand, where the service was significantly better.

I had the pleasure of interacting with him today 1/10/26. He welcomed me when I walked in with my son. He was very kind and attentive. Asking if my son or myself would like a sample. He asked if my son liked xyz and I said yes he told me ok this is a good choice. My son loved it. I asked about a flavor and he also explained the flavor and asked what I liked without me having to ask. He offered me a bag and told me where the napkins were. He had a smile on his face the whole time like he was actually happy to be working. Great customer service will definitely be coming back!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
