  Iran Was So Helpful, I wanted some wings and I was out within 5-8 minutes after I ordered, I absolutely loved the service, will be coming back here and you should forsure come to this Wingstop in chino hills!

  We ordered at 10:20 p.m., and they don’t close until midnight, so there was plenty of time to complete our order. We were home by 10:40p.m. and when we sat down to eat, we realized the order was wrong. We called and spoke with Emily. She either couldn’t find our order or didn’t want to look for it. She told us we would have to bring the food back to have it remade. Which is fine, thats why we called. There was no apology, but we agreed to bring the food back and told her we were on our way and asked that it be ready. When we arrived around 10:55 p.m., the food wasn’t ready, Emily had an attitude and checked through our bag like she thought we were lying. There were about five cooks in the back, and everything was already cleaned up like they were closed, even though they still had another hour left to be open. They all acted annoyed, and the cooks kept staring and talking while looking at us, which made us really uncomfortable. When we walked out, one of the cooks mocked us and laughed. After all of that, still no appology and the remade fries they gave us were cold. I didn’t want to post this review. I tried calling today to speak with someone about what happened, but they would only pick up the phone and put me on hold. I’m also reading other reviews where they keep promising people a better experience, but those reviews go back months and it doesn’t look like anything is getting better. We never received an apology for their mistake, for making us drive back, or for how we were treated.

  wingstop is either one of the best or the best wing spot in my opinion. the food is so good with the ranch. Service is pretty good. Though, space inside is very limited.

  We just got done driving 4 hours on the road and we were hungry and decided to go to this store and the lady taking our order seemed to have some attitude, they kept looking at us and laughing so it seemed like they were laughing at us, then we got our food we got one 6 piece bbq strips, and two 6 piece wings boneless one bbq and one mild the mild had two brown curly hairs in it and the bbq had 1 brown curly hair. Overall the service could've been better and I think they need to wear hair nets or do something with they're hair.
