  I take mobile order this morning at 8:14. I have been there at 8:30. They said can’t find my order and let me wait manager. The manager just looked my order number and gone. After 8mins I asked a lady again,she said you should give me order number balabala. I don’t want to complain too much. But I lived nearby and my kids love McDonald. We ate McDonald two times each week. They usually make mistakes ,like wrong item or miss item

  Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Found multiple long black hairs embedded in the sauce of my Filet-O-Fish today. This isn't just an accident; it shows a complete lack of hygiene standards in the kitchen. As a regular customer, I’m appalled. Be careful when ordering from here!

  Please Check your drive thru workers. I come here everyday during the week to get fries for my 5 year old autistic daughter because shes a picky eater but she loves McDonald's fries. So I have the McDonald's app and use the any size fries deal for $1.99 a total of $2.14. Well today I was accused of not paying when im on camera paying exactly $2.14 cash at the 1st window and then at the second window the girl said they refunded my debit card and now they have to do my order all over again when I never even used a card. I told the girl at the second window I never used a card and that I paid the exact cash then she rolled her eyes. Whats going on here guys ? Smh. They literally had no communication with each other but still managed to to accuse the customer. Moments pass then she realized that the girl at the 1st window didn't count correctly then just said here's your fries. Smh. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ! This happened approximately around 11:25a on April 27 2026. Manager, check who was working the drive thru at this time and take corrective action. I dont care about a McDonald's customer care link so dont reply with that cause its pointless. JUST BE BETTER !
