  Hibachi food is usually expensive but this place has a killer deal on their chicken bowls. You can get two chicken bowls with fried rice and vegetables for $25. It also comes with one soft drink. This is such a great deal. Everything is made fresh so expect to wait for a while to get your food. Trust me its worth the wait because the quality of the food is absolutely amazing. Everything tastes so good and its so fresh. Definitely need to add some yum yum sauce to the meal for a kick. Staff is pretty cool and outgoing. Give this spot a chance but if youre in a hurry, don’t expect to get your order quick.

  Second time this place has messed up my order. I made a phone order for pickup around 5pm on a friday. I ordered noodles instead of rice with my chicken bowl. When I got home, I realized they gave me rice instead of my more expensive noodles. I didn't think about it until after I got home, but the girl behind the counter who bagged my food, put everything in the bag and tied it up quickly (I wonder if they knew my order was wrong). Their prep time was very slow. Including the time my order was taken via telephone to handing me my food, was about 50 minutes. Also, we ordered steak bowl medium rare, it was raw in the middle. To make things worse, some if the rice was crunchy. I want to like this place, their food when cooked properly is very good, but it seems as though they just can't get their act together. Again, this is the second time my order was wrong. Suspiciously, when I called to let them know my order was wrong, there was no answer (three calls).

  Had dinner at Habachihana Japanese Grill and it was honestly a great experience. The food was amazing everything came out fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they really care about the quality. Also want to give a big shout out to Claryssa for the awesome service. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Service like that really makes the place stand out. Definitely recommend checking this spot out if you’re in Chino Hills. I’ll for sure be coming back. 🍱🔥

  Such a terrible establishment, you guys really need to stay away from here. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Everybody every customer stay away from this location. I tried to place a phone order over the phone & they NEVER PICK UP maybe theyre allergic... I walk into the place to see the girl sitting down on her phone instead of working on the clock scrolling through TikTok or whatever it is. This has happened multiple times… Other times the phone is unhinged and unable to go through. Other times the food is undercooked. Who is the owner of this location? The other locations are 10 out of 10, but this one. Please don’t go here Customer Service skills are one 1 of 10
