  This was my first time and it was delicious. I got the chicken and rice bowl which may be simple but it hit the spot in my stomach. Thank you Cava team

  I love the people and the food there it’s amazing and there is one specific person Lily she is the best and amazing person you will ever meet she is the best.

  Francis served excellent customer service and he was super attentive and very respectful to me and my friend when we were done ordering. His energy was amazing and he is the reason why i love talking to people. Absolutely love cava and their employees.

  food is good as always but it's the costumer service for me. i understand it's close to closing time and there's decent amount of people in line but that's not a valid excuse to not have AT LEAST manners. people who served me gave me looks & cashier put the bag on the counter aggressively and not handed it to me. AS WELL not saying "thank you" or "have a nice day"

  Been coming here once or twice every month around 8 pm during the week. Every time the service has been quite depressing. It’s always the same FoH serving us and he does not look like he wants to be there. We can barely hear him behind the counter and the low energy makes the whole ordering process a chore. Today they didn’t have black lentils and Harrisa dip. He suggested we get something else. It would have been nice to be informed how long a new batch would be out but it seemed like they didn’t plan to restock. It was 2 hours before closing. Is this the standard at Cava? At least the food is consistently good. I’d probably just order online moving forward to avoid interacting with the staff.
