  I wanted a bag of chips to go with an online order I had, so I waited in line. The first gentleman said that the lady near the register would help me. I waited and the lady near the register flat out ignored me until the two customers creating their bowls got near the register, then it was like I magically existed. I paid for my bag of chips and the lady at the register started talking to another male coworker and after a few minutes, she was like "hey did you get your bag already?" I know a bag of chips at CAVA is not that deep, but it's pretty annoying to get ignored for while waiting for an order. CAVA slop bowls has always been good, but the service was not good, I'd probably just order online from now on.

  It was my first time there and I have to say to everyone who says this is like chipotle that statement is very inaccurate It may have the same vibe because of the seating, ordering and bowl style but completely different food They don’t offer beans and some other small changes but the taste is different And I know a lot of places have cut back on quantity on there serving portions However I will say I really enjoyed the flavor of there hummus Staff was helpful and polite Portion size was an issue for me But I understand that this type of food is not as heavy for you I fall into the category of leave or take it’s all the same but my wife really enjoyed it So I may be back

  I got a chicken and rice bowl to go today. First time trying Cava. The flavors and everything were really good but unfortunately there were a lot of crunchy hard inedible bits of rice. One piece of chicken was also just gristle and also inedible. Apart from that it was really tasty. Just unfortunate about the hard rice bits as it somewhat ruined the bowl. It was really busy when I went in so I'm sure that was a contributing factor.

  I used to love this place always ordered through doordash, but today I had a bad experience while I was eating as I was chewing I felt some hair and was a long human hair. I had to throw away my food. Not nice.

  Food was mid , I also had a guy name Zach have an attitude when serving my food . Rolling his eyes just being a little rude also rushing me when I was looking at the toppings and honestly if he doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t work there or put him in the back
