I’m fine but did have a minor allergic reaction from whatever else the scooper had previously touched. I’m just worried for people who may have more serious allergies than myself, you might want to go to a different location until this is addressed (unless this is a one time thing idk)

The ladies there act like the whole ice cream is $0.99 when pointing at the cone, even give you the ice cream to eat, assure you the ice cream (not just the cone) is $0.99 (like a special deal), then actively pull the "miscommunication card" when you are stuck paying $10 and your appetite for an ice cream. It's a very similar trick to tourist scammers who charge you for things you didn't ask for. The workers here are really shady and underhanded. I understand ice cream isn't generally $1 anymore, but don't give in and pay if they do this to you.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
