JSep 21, 20261.0★☆☆☆☆ My Albertsons grocery delivery today was unacceptable: spoiled lemons, smashed avocados, strawberries that were unripe yet already rotting, an open spaghetti box, missing items, and an opened bag of mandarins that appeared to have fruit missing. I work long hours at the hospital and rely on this service because my time and energy are limited. After a long shift caring for others, I should be able to trust that the groceries delivered to my home were selected and handled with basic care. Instead, I’m left sorting through spoiled food and figuring out how to replace missing and unusable items. This raises serious food-safety concerns. How does visibly spoiled produce and opened packaging make it through shopping, packing, and delivery? Why offer a service—and charge customers for it—if you cannot provide it properly? This level of carelessness comes across as pure laziness. Management needs to investigate and hold those responsible accountable, including disciplinary action if employees knowingly disregard basic food-safety and handling standards. Customers deserve safe food and dependable service. Albertsons needs to do better.

- AAAdamSep 6, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I went to the meat department Sunday around 11:30 AM and simply asked the butcher to cut some chicken and beef for tacos. His response was rude and unhelpful, and he told me to either take the marinated meat or choose from the pre-packaged section. If you have a butcher counter, customers should be able to request a simple cut of meat and be treated respectfully. Very poor customer service.

I stopped coming to this Albertsons because several years ago I took a picture, of foul meat that was left for the customers to buy. It looks like they still havn't cleaned up the meat department, which is a red flag.
