  They are NOT open 24/7. Only open to doordash drivers. Very sad.

  First and foremost, I want to extend a genuine thank you to the staff here — particularly those who not only accommodate my quirks and specific requests, but who go above and beyond what standard food service requires. That kind of consistency means more than most people realize. To put my patronage in perspective: I visit this location four to five times a week, occasionally twice in a single day. With that volume of visits, I've had ample opportunity to form an honest and well-rounded opinion — and I can say without hesitation that I have no complaints regarding how I've been treated, nor about the quality or consistency of the food. The only instances where I've noticed any shortfall have been during peak rush hours, where wait times naturally extend — and having a background understanding of how food service operates, I've never held that against them. It comes with the territory. This location has earned my loyalty, and the staff here has earned my respect.

  Bro what kind of quesadilla is this. I double checked to make sure that I had the right order. Didn’t come with sour cream so I paid extra for a side I only used on one half of this tiny thing. Idk if they messed my order up or if this is the new attempt to cut costs… every other time has been great tho idk

  For each time I have been to this Taco Bell the AI order taker cannot understand what I am asking for and keeps repeating or says she didn't catch it etc. For example, if I order a strawberry passion fruit freeze she gets confused and asks if I want a Starry soda. This last time I was trying to make my order and she kept asking me what kind of burrito I wanted after it was already on my order screen. I tried to tell her and that Really confused her! I drove around to the window where she had added an extra burrito and was unable to order my drinks. The window girl removed an extra burrito but said she couldn't add more items (my drinks) at the window. I just had to drive away irritated and dumbfounded by such a ridiculous system! That robot is not helpful. This isn't the only time things like this have happened when ordering. So far the Taco Bell at the chico mall is the only one I have t had problems with. That's the only one I will go to from now on.

  A unique experience with every visit. Themes are broadly centered around a visceral sense of the inevitable and impending collapse of the United States empire. Some may find the work to be heavy handed in it's approach. But the forceful techniques used are tonally aligned with renouncing all sense of effort and hope. A deafening defeat.
