  Giving someone a drink with no ice is diabolical— especially with the price increase. You have seen me for the last time. Today was the last straw, literally. Thank the good lord Chick-fil-A is here soon. Because they can actually make a drink. Their service actually matches the prices.

  I don't often eat out, but was waiting for an oil change on my car, so went to get something quick and inexpensive with my toddler. Turns out you can get an oil change faster than an order of hash browns and a sausage biscuits. First it took almost 20 minutes for food to come out, ( I understand places get busy, but multiple orders for people who ordered after me came out before I received food) then I noticed I was charged twice because their self service kiosk malfunctioned. Tried to get a refund for one of the orders and waited for the manager to come out for another 20 minutes. I ended up leaving because said manager never came out, and I had to be back to work at a certain time. Called the store later for a refund and they say I need to return to the store for my refund. If I wait another hour for service at this place I might cry. 18$ spent for hash browns and a biscuit that took an hour of my time. $18 might not sound like much, but that's almost an hour of work for a lot of people, and so far I've spent over an hour just trying to get the food and refund service. Shame on me for thinking going to McDonalds was a good idea.

  I ordered a burger with no pickles and extra onions and they gave me no onions and extra pickles

  This place has the soda machine aka free refills, that's a big plus for me and the food was fresh.
