    Hands down the best dutch in Chico. My grandma candy and I go regularly and they know her order by heart, and came to know mine. Great people and great service.

    They make you a coffee just like you want it. Today was over 100Ā°. So when I was ordering I was sweating like crazy. So an employee asked me if I wanted a cup of water with ice for FREE. I said yes. They are awesome

    I placed an order online to pick up at 8 am. I arrived a little early at 7:49 and was happy to wait til 8. The time is now 8:13 and I'm still waiting for my pick up order.

    It says No Smoking within 25 feet so I moved to the outer table and she continues to yell at me pointing to the sign which says, no smoking within 25 feet. Also, I ordered my free drink after getting the app the day before at the other one one esplanade. I showed her the app and email with the coupon but she claimed there was nothing she could do. The staff on esplanade don't discriminate or make me feel unwelcome like this. I'm sorry I'm homeless and my data is not the same as everyone else's but it's hard enough trying to get by because of this, it's shitty being made to feel small. I'm doing my best here. Thanks for being the only place that still gives a free water though, lifesaving sometimes.
