Mistakes happen, but what made this experience terrible was the complete lack of customer service afterward. I tried calling the store multiple times and it just routed me to a corporate line that rang endlessly with no answer. Then I tried filing a complaint online and the only thing offered was a 20% off coupon. That’s honestly insulting when I paid full price for food I didn’t order. If a restaurant completely messes up an order, customers shouldn’t have to fight this hard just to get a refund or speak to an actual person. Really disappointing experience. I order very frequently for our staff meetings, and the Esplanade location has never messed up an order.
