  Lindsey at this location was very friendly, efficient and helpful. If it had not have been for her professionalism and helpfulness I would have not visited Chipotle for a very long time (But she fixed the situation with kindness and professionalism.). The location looked clean and the food was tasty (my family and I liked the honey chicken.).

  We have gone here regularly and like it. But tonight the cooks were putting fresh cooked food on top of the old food that was sitting in the old containers on the hot station. Ugh! That’s a recipe for food bacteria growth aka food poisoning. And when the cook threw the new fajita vegetables into the old ones and threw them back in the hot station … boiling water splashed over the sneeze guard where the customers were waiting in line. Luckily no one was directly in front at the time or they would have gotten burned. No one ever same out to wipe the water from the floor, a slip hazard. We will not be going back.

  Chipotle back in the day was the best. They had good quality food, the service was good, the portions were good. But now you are served portions that are almost non existent, served cold, the quality is just awful and you are treated coldly. Wish I could leave zero stars truthfully. Do better Chipotle.

  Disgustingly filthy. Pros: - Rewards program. Cons: - Lobby is disgusting. Garbages overflowing. Drinks spilled on chairs. Tables covered in food waste. No utensils available. - Food preparation areas and floors are a disaster. - Missing multiple items from order. - Higher prices than local Mexican restaurants and taco trucks. This Chipotle is so bad that I don't understand how it is in business. Filthy does not begin to describe both the lobby and food preparation areas. For a chain that is known to poison its customers they sure haven't learned a thing over the years. There is no telling what you will actually receive as the consistency from order to order is zero. I'm insulted that I'm asked to pay more money than local Mexican restaurants and taco trucks.
