This place has a phenomenal review for a reason you're going to spend a penny, but it's well worth it. Never disappoints food and services always fantastic. Make sure you make a reservation, otherwise you are not guaranteed seating.

Been here three times now. Service and food were both amazing. I’ve never had a better filet. The knife practically fell through it. If you have a special occasion and don’t mind spending a little bit, I highly recommend.

Food was very not good. My wife and I came here for our 4 year wedding anniversary and it's definitely a regret.
Service was good and drinks are expensive, I mean $20 for two beers that are run of the mill???, but with food so bad I would expect service to make up the difference, and it better if they want someone to pay for that.... gnarly food.
I ordered stuffed chicken. When I received my order, it was a burnt over glazed, over cooked kind of chicken breast looking thing sitting on top of two inches of way, way, way over seasoned "garlic" mashed potatoes(I mean come on, "garlic mashed potatoes" means mashed potatoes with garlic taste, not something that tastes like garlic puree), sitting in 2 and a half inches of a "sauce" type thing that way overly sweet and thin because of lack of reduction and care for cooking, maybe even negligence. I'm sure that wine sauce would've been good if it was properly cooked as the flavors were there.
I ended up using my bread/side dish plate to try to eat the chicken, which I couldn't even cut with the steak knife because it was so overcooked; I got halfway through it and gave up, tried to eat my mashed potatoes but realized they were completely saturated with the 2 and a half inches of sauce and was inedible.
My wife ordered two lobster tails and "garlic" mashed potatoes. She ate the lobster after using her hands to rip the lobster out of the shell because they don't know how to serve lobster without making the participant use their hands to rip meat out of a carcass(I thought it was supposed to be a nice establishment, "high end" even, but they serve dishes you cant eat without using your hands to rip meat out of a dead crustacean); She ate only the lobster, needless to say why....
Ordered calamari; they gave a large portion of unseasoned, bland, slightly fishy, and under breaded fried calamari, most pieces of calamari were coked into a giant chunk that you had to spend time breaking apart so you could eventually have bland calamari with a lemon taste.
Overall I seriously regret coming here. I've eaten in many countries around the world and I'm truly astonished on how low the bar is for food with these chefs, just serving mid grade - garbage grade food and charging hundreds of dollars for it.
We should of just went to Olive Garden............
Please avoid this establishment and give money to a business that actually cares for the quality of food they put out.
Honestly I wish I could make their review rating go from 4.7 to 3 at max, too bad....

Great place to meet friends while in Chico & have a great dining experience. One of the better places in a college town for adults or alumni.

I came here twice in one week!! The first visit we had Kara as our server and she really was so knowledgeable about the menu and specials. Both visits the service, steak with that blue cheese crust and atmosphere was phenomenal.
