- JAJosh ArguelloJun 13, 20261.0We've been coming to this supermarket for almost 18 years. While we appreciate the face lift, the customer service has gone to hell. There is usually no one ever at the meat department. That's fine. I'm used to asking someone for help in the meat department. But today, I waited nearly 20 minutes for assistance just to get some shrimp. We had to ask for help 4 times. On one occasion, the bag boy named Jimmy basically looked at me like he didn't know what the meat department was. One of the checkers, told me I had to speak to one of the managers for help. Why is getting shrimp so complicated? I spoke to the manager, and told me that someone would help me. Waited some more no one came. We went back to ask for help again. Another cashier gave us an attitude. When the manager finally showed up, he asked "What is it that you need?" As if I was inconveniencing him. I told him I just wanted some shrimp. He left again and I kept on waiting, until finally someone arrived. Again, it shouldn't be this difficult to buy some shrimp. This is by far the worst experience I've had at this store in 18 years (or any other supermarket for that matter). It's like no one was interested in providing good customer service today, which is a shame because the store looks really nice. But looks can only get you so far when customer service is THIS bad.
