  While I appreciate the quality of your food, the service has unfortunately been consistently poor over my last three visits. On my first visit, a brief wait turned into over an hour, as several phone orders were prioritized ahead of us despite being told we would be helped shortly. On the second occasion, I placed a phone order and arrived 45 minutes later, only to find the order had not yet been started, leading me to cancel it. Finally, during my most recent visit, I waited at the counter for five minutes without being acknowledged by the staff before eventually walking out. I prefer to support businesses in our community. However, due to these repeated issues with service and wait times, unfortunately won't be back.
