  I felt like I ordered a child’s meal. The portions are notably small. Makes you think the employees skimp the customers all day then take the food we paid for home to their families. And no way should you have to wait for meat at 5pm. Anyone ever heard of peek hours???

  Got there at 2:05PM for my 2:10 pickup. They have a very visible food pickup shelving front and center. My food wasn’t there so I waited. I saw a to-go bag next to the mini oven that had been sitting there but no way it was mine… 2:15 I walk up and before I can say anything the girl working there says “pickup?” I said “yeah” she said “whats the name?” I said “Daniel” she grabbed the bag that was sitting there for over 10 minutes getting cold. I walked in and there was 1 person in line they were not exceptionally busy… she asked for my last name. I said “ you guys don’t use this?” Pointing to the alphabetical shelving. She said “no”. I said “I got here 10 minutes ago and this has just been sitting there getting cold” she said “sorry” and walked away. Not “let me re-make this” not even a “we should really take that shelving down”. Bad service. Bad experience. Unlike the photo of the receipt that says picked up at shelf…. It was picked up from the counter cold.

  The customer service sucks, I asked for extra guacamole because the portion he put was much smaller than usual, he literally argued with me and then tossed extra guacamole to the trash instead of providing decent customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

  Scamming customers I asked for extra chicken and charged me extra carnitas because they don’t do half and half but if you order on website it is an option for half and half it’s called price gouging the manager knows what the owner wants hopefully corporate looks into this place seems to be a lot of customers with similar problems consistently you don’t want one bad location to ruin an experience for so many others !

  Just this year this location has gone down hill. 2 hours before closing they run out of item like steak and rice. The meat and beans look like they have been sitting for too long, they are extremely dry and cold. I was ordering for pick up and my order kept coming out wrong or half portioned, so I started to go in. The atmosphere is not welcoming at all and they are ALWAYS out of main items.
