I used to love this restaurant, but I recently had to delete my review due to the fact that the serving size having shrunk and considerably especially for take out orders. they still gladly charge over $15 for Ramen, but now only provide one slice of pork for Takatsu. I feel ripped off at that point because I remember when they used to provide multiple slices of meat, ground pork & complementary soft boil egg, and other things other than green onions. The restaurant will use the excuse of inflation & that they are paying more for things. But so are we, life is hard already and to be skimped out in what we’re paying for is disgraceful to the community considering this was one of the best ramen spots before. Most likely never going to return here

Went here late night Saturday and it was pretty packed so I thought it would be good. Ordered the spicy tonkatsu with grilled chicken. The chicken barely looked grilled, it look like it was mostly boiled and the texture was not good. Noodle texture was good. Broth was just ok… not that spicy at all. Even with the additional spice to add on our own. Wish they had different preferences. Anyways, I would not come back here. It’s just alright. Pretty pricey for the quality.

Food was 5/10. Ramen noodles were hard and rubbery. Meat was hard and tasted old and salty. Fried squid was kinda wet? Spicy miso Ramen broth was decent. Kids meal slider did not look appealing at all. It looked worst than elementary school lunch food. The broth was probably the best thing about the food. But they need to get better quality meat and do something about the smell of the restrooms. There was a weird smell when I walked into the restaurant. I couldn't figure out what it was until I went to the bathroom. They deoderize with something, but the smell is too overwhelming. It mixes with the Ramen smell and it creates this nasty old bar smell. Definitely made me lose my appetite.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience deserves one. My sister, her boyfriend, my niece, and I came in for dinner tonight. Right from the start, the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. Unfortunately, the service went downhill after that. Our server wasn’t very attentive or welcoming. He handed us the menus but didn’t explain how ordering worked or answer questions very professionally. I asked if the Arnold Palmer came with free refills because I was thinking about ordering one, and his response was simply, “No, no, no.” One “no” would have been enough. After we placed our order, my sister and her boyfriend received their ramen, but mine never came. After waiting, we realized my order had never been entered into the system. Instead of apologizing, the server just put the order in and walked away. I then had to wait about another 20 minutes while everyone else was already eating. What made it more frustrating was seeing my bowl sitting ready for several minutes before it was finally brought to the table, while another table that had arrived after us was already being served. Throughout the meal, the server only checked on us twice and never acknowledged the mistake or tried to make things right. There was no apology, no offer to comp anything, and no effort to recover from the situation. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the service. I ordered the spicy ramen, my sister ordered the spicy ramen (medium), and her boyfriend ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen. The broth lacked depth and flavor, the meat wasn’t tender like you’d expect from authentic ramen, and overall it was disappointing. To top it off, paying the bill felt awkward. It almost seemed like the staff had an attitude when we split the payment by using $20 cash and putting the rest on a card. Everyone has an off night, and I understand restaurants get busy. But forgetting a customer’s meal, not apologizing, providing poor service, and serving disappointing food made for a very frustrating experience. Sadly, I have to give this place 1 out of 5 stars.

Came here for a dinner take out and ordered 3 dishes: Squid Legs (6/10), Mini Sliders of pork belly, beef and portobello mushroom (6/10) and portobello mushroom fries (6/10). There was only 1 other customer at the time, it took a good 20 minutes to wait for my order. The fried squid legs and mushroom fries are brutal greasy. The sliders are average. We've come here in the past but for ramen, so I'll stick with that in the future.
